  • Company name and Tax ID (NIT).
  • Email address and phone number.
  • Financial and accounting data uploaded to the platform.

The collected data is used exclusively for:

  • Providing, operating, and maintaining our SaaS platform.
  • Electronic billing in compliance with DIAN regulations.
  • Technical support and system notifications.
  • User experience optimization (Anonymous Growth & Analytics).

4. Security and Storage (AWS Infrastructure)

All information is stored in databases managed by Amazon Web Services (AWS) under strict encryption protocols (AES-256) in transit and at rest. We maintain an enterprise-level security SLA to ensure your company's data is never at risk or sold to third parties.
