1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Serpi ERP technology platform, the Client agrees to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use the service.

2. Licensing and Use (SaaS)

Serpi ERP is provided as Software as a Service (SaaS). We grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the software internally for your business operations.

3. Service Level Agreements (SLA)

We guarantee an operational platform availability of 99.9%, excluding scheduled maintenance windows. In the event of interruptions, the support team will respond within the times agreed in each client's specific contract.

  • Availability backed by Amazon Web Services (AWS).
  • Automatic daily backups.
  • Automatic regulatory updates (e.g., DIAN changes).

4. Client Obligations

The client is responsible for the accuracy of the data entered (especially for electronic billing and payroll) and for maintaining the confidentiality of their users' passwords. Serpi ERP is not responsible for accounting errors derived from poor data entry by users.

5. Intellectual Property

All source code, design, underlying databases, and algorithms of Serpi ERP are the exclusive property of Serpi Soluciones S.A.S. The client retains 100% ownership of their operational and accounting data loaded into the system.
